Who we are
CoreTxt (coretxt.cc) is a business name of Marc Anthony Pascual, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines, who is responsible for your personal data. Contact: contact@coretxt.cc.
What we collect
- Information you give us: the first name, last name, email, company name, website, service area and industry you enter in our Free Snapshot form, and the name, email, topic and message you send through our Contact form.
- Purchase information: when you buy, Paddle collects your payment details, billing details and email as merchant of record and shares with us the order information we need, such as your name, email, plan and order status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To prepare and email you the report or snapshot you asked for, and to reply to your messages.
- To take payment, provide your plan and support you.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and meet legal and tax obligations.
- To follow up about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data for us only to run the service:
- Paddle, for payments, tax and refunds.
- Amazon Web Services, for website hosting.
- Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Sheets), for email and for recording your requests.
- n8n, for the automation that processes form requests and prepares your snapshot.
- Google Fonts, which loads the site typeface and so receives your IP address when a page loads.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and order records only as long as needed for the purposes above, including support, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them. Ask us if you want something deleted sooner.
Where data is processed
Our providers may process data in the United States, the Philippines and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to ask for a copy of your data. To use any of these rights, email contact@coretxt.cc. We may need to verify your identity first. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to the systems that hold your data. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page or by email.
