Summary
CoreTxt reports and monitoring are digital services, and work begins as soon as you order. For that reason, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been delivered or a subscription period has started, unless the law gives you a right to a refund or we did not deliver what you bought. Every Deep Audit includes 7 days of email support after delivery so you can get the findings explained.
When you are entitled to a refund
- We did not deliver. If we fail to deliver your Deep Audit report, or a paid plan is not made available to you, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.
- A material fault we cannot fix. If your report has a material error that we cannot correct after you tell us about it, you can ask for a refund.
- Your legal rights. Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period (for example 14 days in the EU, EEA and UK). These rights apply regardless of this policy.
Subscriptions
You can cancel Starter, Pro or Agency at any time from your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a monthly or annual period, except where the law requires it or where a refund is owed under the section above.
Deep Audit upgrade credit
If you buy the Deep Audit and then subscribe to Starter, Pro or Agency within 7 days of delivery, the Deep Audit fee is credited toward your first 3 months. This is a credit, not a refund.
How to request a refund or support
Email contact@coretxt.cc with the email address you used to order and your order or receipt number. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, and are handled under the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can fix the problem quickly.
