1. Who we are
CoreTxt (coretxt.cc) is a business name of Marc Anthony Pascual, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines (“CoreTxt”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or buying from us you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. What we sell
CoreTxt audits and monitors how AI assistants and AI search describe and recommend a business.
- AI Visibility Snapshot (free): a simplified view of how often AI assistants mention your business, who they recommend instead, and your biggest blocker.
- One-Time Deep Audit ($297, one-time): a PDF report with a nine-category GEO scorecard, mention, recommendation, citation and share-of-voice metrics, a competitor gap and entity diagnosis, a prioritized 90-day roadmap with KPIs, and an evidence appendix. We aim to deliver it by email within 1 day of receiving payment and any details we need from you.
- Starter, Pro and Agency (monthly or annual subscriptions): ongoing monitoring of your prompts across 4 AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude), with the re-run frequency, reports and features listed for each plan on the Pricing page.
Plan details on the Pricing page form part of these Terms. We may improve or adjust features over time, but we will not remove a core feature of a plan you have paid for during your current billing period.
3. Orders, prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax are added at checkout where required.
Our order process is handled by our payment partner Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for our paid products. Paddle processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles tax and refund requests. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Subscriptions
Starter, Pro and Agency renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the billing period you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access until then. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your plan.
5. Support
All support is by email at contact@coretxt.cc. Every Deep Audit includes email support for 7 days after delivery, for questions about the findings and how to read the report. Pro and Agency plans include priority email support. We do not currently offer phone or video calls.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, including your business name, website and service area.
- Only submit a website or business that you own or are authorised to represent.
- Use our reports and the site lawfully.
7. No guarantees
AI assistants and AI search results change often and can give different answers to the same question. Our reports show what we observed when we ran our tests. We do not promise any ranking, mention, citation, traffic or revenue result, and following our recommendations does not guarantee an outcome.
8. Ownership and use of reports
You keep ownership of your own website, content and business information. We give you a non-exclusive licence to use the reports we deliver for your own business. Agency plan customers may share white-label reports with their own clients. We keep ownership of our methodology, templates, software and the CoreTxt name and branding. Please do not resell or republish our reports as your own product, except as permitted for Agency plans.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or access it by unauthorised means.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
- Do not use the service to monitor or audit a business you are not entitled to review.
10. Limits of liability
The site and services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
11. Ending your access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service, and we will refund any prepaid period that we cut short where the cause is not your breach.

13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will email you before it applies. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
